About Winter Vacation Time with My Family
I had a really fun winter vacation. I played games with my family and Mommy, me and Daddy had part of the day off with no TV. I played with them and we made breakfast and it was so much fun.
For Christmas I opened gifts and played with my family and with Pepe. Pepe is a dog. He's Grandpa Al and Aunt Chris' dog, Pepe. And I also played with Aunt Chris. And we sang carols. My favorite was Jingle Bells. It was so much fun, because I got to ring the bells. On Little Drummer Boy, Pepe didn't really like the drum, so he had to move him into the diningroom so we could calm him down a little bit, to keep him from bark, bark, barking. Pepe almost never barks. This is the only time he ever barked.
For Christmas I got my hair salon and lots of hair salon things from santa, but the hair salon was from Mommy and Daddy. I also got some snacks from Grandma. I also got some clothes and a fancy red dress. I might have some friends over for a fancy dress party, and I'm going to wear my new fancy red dress. Oh, and I got some great dolls for Christmas, too. And I got a lot of baking stuff. I got some pastry making stuff, and an Easy Bake Oven, and I also got a cupcake maker. And I got an apron and a spoon and a dish towel. And I also got three things where on the back you write the ingredients of the recipe and the name of the recipe and a picture of the recipe you made. It doesn't have to be from the Easy Bake oven recipes or the cupcake making recipes. It can be anything you make. It was so much fun.
I liked being on vacation because of being able to spend time with my family and not having to wake up so early. I don't like it when people wake me up. I'm looking forward most to seeing my friends and taking my shoes off.
